Our Story

DLR Strategic Solutions was founded by Jessica L. De La Rosa, an experienced Army logistics and financial auditor who spent over two decades supporting DoD operations, audit remediation, and property accountability programs. After witnessing the recurring challenges federal agencies and contractors faced in maintaining compliance and audit preparedness, Jessica established DLR with a clear vision:

What began as a mission to assist smaller defense support firms has evolved into a trusted consulting partner supporting prime contractors, program offices, and federal agencies nationwide.
